Nike SB February 2012 Brick & Mortar Release

The Brick & Mortar line from Nike SB consists of models and colorways that are made in limited numbers for only a select number of stores and Nike SB prohibits dealers from selling them online.  So, they can only be purchased at physical locations, also known as brick and mortar locations.  They make them more special by limiting them to specific stores and excluding their release from mall chains, like the Footlocker owned CCS chain. These models have arrived at Ground Zero Boardshop, so please check next to each model listed for availability and location information.

Koston - Vintage Green/Metallic Silver - The Koston has quickly become a fan favorite among Nike SB enthusiasts with its clean lines, comfort, and skatability.  The ultra dampening LunarLon insole adds to the feel of the shoe by increasing comfort and saving a skater's foot from heel bruises.  This more limited colorup features the Nike "Considered" sole, which is made with recycled Nike rubber, and is colored with a dark green that almost looks black.  $89.99 and available at GZ Arden and GZ Natomas.

Dunk Low Premium - Pine Green/Black Atom - Made with premium materials, this limited Dunk Low carries an inspiration that Nike SB has kept secret and has only said that they are not ready to release the information.  This is usually because colorways are often made to mimic another brand and that brand will want some of the proceeds or deny production.  With similar colors to the "Gucci" Dunk, this colorup features green paneling with detailed etched woodgrain, black suede, and poppy red hits. $97.99 and available at all GZ locations.

Team - Fog/Matte Grey - This very recent addition to the Nike SB line as been well received among Nike SB Fans. So far they have only released basic colorups, like the previous black and white Team. With simple design that is reminiscent to the Janoski and other classic skateboarding footwear models, the Team will likely build in popularity, especially due to the price. $67.99 and available at all GZ locations.
